Food Service
Summary: Food service employees are responsible for the preparation, service and sale of food products. This position is generally responsible for making sure foods are sufficient and available for service in a timely manner, be accountable for inventory, ensuring proper sanitary conditions and proper disposal of wastes.
Hours of operation: 7am - 8pm or 7am - 3:30pm (typically 8 hour shifts with some flexibility)

Summary: To maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable environment for our guests. Sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, wiping down tables, emptying trash cans, cleaning windows. Other duties as necessary.
Hours of operation: 7am - 10pm or 7am - 4:30pm (typically 8, 6 or 5 hour shifts)

Summary: Collects payment for goods and services by accepting cash, credit cards, vouchers and coupons using a computerized point of sale system and credit card machines. Provides answers to guest questions and excellent customer service. Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift, performs checkout operations by following policies and procedures. Restocking of products as necessary, other duties as necessary. Departments include ticket sales, grill and gift shop.
Hours of operation: 8:00am - 10:00pm (depending on department / day shifts are 8 hours, night shifts are approximately 5 hours)

Guest Services / Information
Summary: Provides a point of contact for all guest questions and concerns to ensure they get the resources and information they need during their visit. Prints and distributes tickets for online ticket purchases, Stay and Ski guests, employees and their guests. Oversees lost and found. As a member of the Group Sales team, provides marketing information to guests regarding bringing groups to the resort, arranging for lodging in our rental properties and other sales opportunities. Answers phone calls and emails for ski information and returns voicemail messages.
Hours of operation: 8:30am - 9:00pm Tues - Sat and holidays, 8:30am - 5:00pm Sun-Mon (full and part-time shifts available)

Rental Shop
Summary: Provide excellent customer service while outfitting rental customers with ski and snowboard gear. Assists guests with proper sizing of helmets, snow bibs and boots. Sets skis and snowboards for use by guests. Keeps a clean and orderly work area. Other duties as necessary.
Hours of operation: 8:30am - close (typically 10-10:30pm) (day shifts are 8 hours, night shifts are 5 - 5.5 hours)

Lift Operations
Summary: Assists guests in the safe loading and unloading of ski lifts. Maintains proper levels of snow in loading / unloading areas by shoveling snow as needed. Checks guest tickets / passes to be sure they are valid for the day / time of use. Performs pre-operation inspections of lifts. Assists in evacuation operations in the event of a disabled lift. Provides excellent customer service by being friendly, informative and safety conscious. Other duties as necessary.
Hours of operation: 8:30am - 5:00pm, 5:30pm - 10:30pm (shifts are strictly aligned with hours of operation)

Ski School
Summary: Instructs skiers and snowboarders of all ages and abilities how to improve their ski/ride skill, while providing a fun and effective learning environment. Instructs groups and /or individuals in a fun lesson format. Teaches proper technique appropriate to the ability level of those being instructed. Promotes safety and gives students the knowledge to remain safe when they leave lessons to ski/ride on their own. Other duties as necessary.
Hours of operation: 8:30am - 7:30pm

Snow Making
Summary: Tends artificial snow making equipment to produce man-made snow along ski trails. Rides chair lift or drives snow-terrain vehicle along ski trails to reach snow equipment. Attaches / detaches hoses from snow equipment to nozzles of above-ground outlets for underground water pipelines. Repositions equipment periodically to direct snowfall to other sections of trail, or closes valves to shut off equipment when snow making is completed. Cleans dirt and frozen snow from equipment. Hours of operation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (as weather conditions allow)

Ski Patrol
Summary: Responds to injuries and accidents on the slopes. Provides immediate first aid attention and transport down the ski slope. Documents injuries or accidents, notes the medical condition of the patient and arranges for the patient to be transported to a local medical facility if necessary. Ensures guests are skiing responsibly in accordance with the Skier Responsibility Code and mountain guidelines. Responsible for identifying and marking hazardous conditions and obstacles. Responsible for leading evacuation procedures in the event of a disabled ski lift.
Hours of operation: 8:30am - 5:00pm, 5:30pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday (shifts are strictly aligned with hours of operation) (limited openings)

Group Sales
Summary: Solicit new and existing accounts to meet / exceed revenue goals. Work with groups (15+ people) to provide a ski vacation package suited to their needs. Promote and sell our vacation rental properties and "Stay and Ski"packages. Provide ski package quotes with computer-based reservation system. Provide general and mountain-specific information to guests in a timely, professional and courteous manner. Work with other departments to ensure proper preparation for any specific needs our groups may have. Promote and sell season pass tickets. Other duties as necessary.
Hours of operation: 8:30am - 7:00pm Tues - Sat and holidays, 8:30am - 5:00pm Sun-Mon (in season) / 8:30am - 5:00pm Mon - Fri (pre-season) (full and part-time shifts available)
