Wolf Ridge has group packages that include lift tickets/area passes, rentals, ski and snowboard lessons (the first lesson on the first day is FREE for members of your group 8 years old and up, and groups of 15+ get free lessons on the 1st day), discounted group meals, and accommodations. How Do You Schedule Your Groups Vacation?

Pick a date for your group as soon as possible to begin planning your ski trip.

Book early for Martin Luther King and President's Days.

Contact Us by calling the Group Sales Office to receive a group packet to make the preliminary reservations. The packet includes a welcome letter, group information, a group rate sheet, and a worksheet to complete and submit to the Group Sales Office.

Upon Arrival at Wolf Ridge Ski Resort, check-in at the Group Sales Office at Lower Wolf Ridge Lodge. There you will pay the balance for your group and receive the appropriate tickets (lift, rental, meal, and ski school). Your group will then attend a brief orientation and you will be on your way to a great day or night on the slopes.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PICNICKING IN THE LODGE-NO EXCEPTIONS

Holidays are weekend rates. The slopes are closed between 4:30PM & 6:00PM each evening.

All groups must secure ski reservations with a deposit of $10 per person two weeks prior to arrival. Please return your deposit with the following group reservation form. If paying deposit by Credit Card, for your protection, we ask that you please contact the Group Sales office and provide this information via phone. (Please see Cancellation Policy below)

Cancellation Policy: We encourage groups to reserve the dates of their ski vacations early. A full refund will be issued if canceling five days prior to your ski date. Cancellations within the five days of the reserved date will result in a forfeit of the deposit amount.
